Per saperne di più sull'azienda e per ordinare i prodotti direttamente on line, si può visitare il sito web: http://www.genesis-prodotti-siciliani.it/.   INGREDIENTI (per 4 persone) 400 gr di farfalline 250 ml di panna fresca 2 patate lesse 2/3 cucchiai di pesto di funghi 1 manciata di parmigiano origano secco sale pepe   PROCEDIMENTO Tagliare le patate a tocchetti e metterli in padella con il pesto di funghi, la panna, il parmigiano, un pizzico di origano, sale e pepe: cuocere a fiamma bassa fino ad amalgamare bene il tutto. Lessare la pasta in abbondante acqua bollente salata, scolarla al dente e amalgamarla in padella assieme al resto, fino ad ottenere una pasta cremosa. Versare la pasta nei piatti individuali e servire subito.
