(AP) — The man who prosecutors say shot and killed three people at a northern New Jersey strip club on Christmas morning has been captured at his mother's home in Florida. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office tells The Star-Ledger (http://bit.ly/1ae0UyR) that 19-year-old Anthony Fields of Newark was arrested in Orlando early Sunday by FBI agents. Chief of Detectives Anthony Ambrose said his office plans to have Fields extradited to New Jersey, where his bail will be $2 million. Read More... More on Crime News |

Judges and survivors alike stood in silence Monday morning inside the theater-turned-courtroom where Capt. (AP) — A small Albuquerque cemetery appears to be the victim of some fowl activity: Someone is leaving dead chickens and bird parts near its headstones. KRQE-TV reports (http://goo.gl/XR9FZ8) that Michael Gabaldon, co-owner of Romero Cemetery, says for two years, dead chickens and chicken parts have been dropped off overnight.
