LOS ANGELES — An attorney says a disabled man was awarded $8,000 by Disneyland after the "It's A Small World" ride broke, stranding him for a half hour while the theme song played continuously.

Lawyer David Geffen says Jose Martinez didn't medically stabilize for three hours after the ride broke down in 2009.

Disneyland spokeswoman Suzi Brown said the Anaheim theme park believes it provided appropriate assistance during the incident, and is disappointed that the court did not fully agree.

These questions come into the spotlight at the Arizona courtroom where Arias faces a possible death sentence, as the testimony resumes of domestic violence expert Alyce LaViolette.

LaViolette took the stand in the afternoon Monday, after forensic psychologist Richard Samuels concluded his 6th day of testimony, answering questions about various forms of abuse in relationships.

NEW YORK — Two popular reality shows made a splash upon their re-entry during the past week – and a new one had a strong debut.

A new episode of "Dancing With the Stars" premiered on ABC last week before 17 million viewers, just behind CBS drama "NCIS" as the week's most popular program. It was down to 14.5 million Monday night, facing competition from the return of "The Voice" on NBC.

Huffington Post: North Korea Marine Landing Photoshop: AFP Pulls Photo, Cites Evidence Of Tampering

North Korea's rhetoric might be getting increasingly bellicose, but it's now being undercut by what might be a Photoshop gaffe.

The Agence France Presse recently released a photo from North Korean state media that appears to depict hovercraft at a beach on the country's east coast and marines during a training exercise on March 25.

The Atlantic Wire's Alan Taylor stumbled across the image while researching a story about North Korea's recent war threats and brought it to the attention of AFP, claiming that "at least two, possibly three hovercraft appear to have been pasted into the scene."
