PARIS -- International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde is facing questions at a special Paris court Thursday over her role in the 400 million euro ($520 million) pay-off to a controversial businessman when she was France's finance minister.

The court hearing threatens to sully the reputations of both Lagarde and France. The payment was made to well-connected entrepreneur Bernard Tapie as part of a private arbitration process to settle a dispute with state-owned bank Credit Lyonnais over the botched sale of Adidas in the 1990s. It is seen by many in France as an example of the cozy relationship between big money and big power in France.

MOORE, Okla. -- Mostly, they left disappointed.

Throughout the day Wednesday, victims of the deadly tornado that ravaged this working-class community near Oklahoma City filed in and out of the Animal Resource Center, a lost-and-found of sorts for dogs and cats that disappeared in the storm.

Whiskers, a black-and-white tuxedo-patterned cat, wasn't there. Neither was Rocket, a skittish miniature Doberman Pinscher. Tinkerbell, a little lost dog, also wasn't among the 40 or so pets at the facility.

Huffington Post: Ke$ha Drinks Her Own Urine On TV, Gets Slammed By Conservative Watchdog Group

Some might think it is daring for Ke$ha to drink her own urine, but conservative activist group Parents Television Council (PTC) thinks it is just plain vile.

On Tuesday's episode of her MTV special, "KeSha: My Crazy Beautiful Life," the performer drank her own urine as part of an experimental health regimen she heard about from a friend to get in "kick ass shape" for her "Die Young" music video.

In a clip from the episode, the pop singer says she is willing to try anything to get fit. While riding in an SUV, her friend says her mother knows someone who drinks her urine every day. The "Animal" singer proceeds to pee into a water bottle and then drink the contents.

Researchers believe fish oil can help with glucose regulation, but they don't yet understand whether it has a direct impact on type 2 diabetes development, according to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
