Fifty-seven-year-old Rick Moore of Orange County told Hawaii News Now (http://bit.ly/13pzkO1) that he heard the woman shrieking and swam to her. The 37-year-old Capriati is accused of punching Ivan Brannan while he worked out at a gym on Valentine's Day. Authorities also say Capriati stalked Brannan for months earlier.
