Mothers will do just about anything for their children, and it's no different when it comes to mother bears.

One feisty cub managed to get stuck inside a car garage near South Lake Tahoe in California, and resident Judy Coover was able to capture the entire thing on camera.

Coover found the cub dangling from the garage door tracks, and although she wanted to help, something told her to stay put.

The co-hosts of "The View" called Rielle Hunter out on-air on Tuesday, with Barbara Walters personally confronting her about one of the claims she made in her new book.

Hunter, who had an affair and a child with John Edwards, recently revealed that she and Edwards have broken up. She appeared on "The View" to discuss her memoir, in which she had harsh words for Edwards' late wife Elizabeth. "I'm not a mistress, I'm a mom and I don't want to hide," she said on Tuesday.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck took issue with that statement. "Truth be told, you were a mistress," she insisted. "I mean he was married to Elizabeth Edwards to her death."

FreedomWorks, one of the nation's major Tea Party groups, has tapped Deneen Borelli, a New York-based conservative activist and commentator, to lead its outreach to minorities.

Borelli is a blogger and regular commentator for Fox News and NewsMax, a conservative news site. Borelli is also author of a book, "Blacklash: How Obama and the Left Are Driving Americans to the Government Plantation."

"In her new role, Deneen will speak at events promoting FreedomWorks' pro-liberty agenda, participate in recruiting grassroots activists -- including minorities -- and aggressively challenge the misleading voices of the liberal black establishment," according to a FreedomWorks statement.

OLYMPIA, Wash. — President Barack Obama's campaign is recruiting legions of lawyers to handle disputes that may arise from now through Election Day.

Thousands of attorneys and support staffers have agreed to aid in the effort, providing legal support that appears to be unrivaled by Republicans or precedent. Obama's campaign says it is particularly concerned about the implementation of new voter ID laws, challenges to voters and the handling of voter registration.
