Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel, a Tea Party favorite challenging Sen. Sherrod Brown (D), told the Sandusky Register that he favors FOIA laws. However, the treasurer's office received nine repeated requests by the Ohio Democratic Party to release the resumes of Mandel appointees before supplying the information.
